The primary focus of the PM is to understand the market for ZKTeco USA customers’ and making sure our products meet their standards. The PM will work closely with teams based overseas. Our sales team may also suggest new product ideas and designs to PM. PM will be responsible for assessing new products, integration opportunities, and taking the appropriate steps to present these to the Executive Team.
Product & Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends & associated product sales performance and update executive management, accordingly. Analyze competitor activity in order to ensure ZKTeco USA's product(s) maintain a competitive advantage. Use findings to organize documentation and presenting to the R&D, Product Development & Executive Teams.
Strategic Roadmap Contribution:
Determine product vision, positioning, and direction.
Collaborate with the R&D, Sales & Marketing team and Executive Management to ensure overall success of product objectives.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Identify new product opportunities and ways to reduce product cost. Also help determine pricing and profitability of the product.
Supports Sales and Marketing Activities:
Help align product launch activities with marketing activities and work with marketing department to create sales and marketing collaterals for print and digital and social media.
Any other duties and activities assigned by the management.
Bachelor’s Degree (B. A.) or equivalent.
Two to four years related experience or equivalent.
Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate subordinates.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Acute attention to detail.
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
