Technical Support Engineer
(Mandarin/ Chinese & English)
Job Description:
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with fluent communication skills for the technical support position in charge of troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely customer feedback, and supporting the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.
In addition, technical support needs to communicate with customers and development team directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring good written and verbal communication.

Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English is required.
Technical Support Responsibilities:

Identifying ZKTeco hardware/firmware and software solutions.

Troubleshooting technical issues.

Diagnosing and repairing faults.

Guiding customer install and configure the hardware/firmware and software online or over the phone.

Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.

Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.

Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.

Communicating to offshore development team to seek for solution for customers.

Supporting the roll-out of new applications.

Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.

Testing and evaluating new technologies and products rolled-out by ZKTeco headquarters.
Technical Support Requirements:

Degree in computer science or information technology.

Proficiency in Windows/Linux operation systems.

Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.

Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
-
Good written and verbal communication.

Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English is required.

Basic programming skills on any language of C/C++/Python/Java is preferred.

Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role is preferred.
