Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of PRODUCT LINE industry product information.
Continually gathers information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicates information to management and others as needed.
Understands and communicates information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to sales associates.
Ensures that all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
Attends and participates in business/trade events as required.
Attends, coordinates, and participates in team strategic sales meetings.
Monitors sales activities of the PRODUCT LINE; identifies problem areas and directs corrective actions.
Recruits, hires, and trains qualified sales associates; continually supports and motivates sales team.
Coordinates with the Product team to develop new solutions based on market conditions and customer input
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent.
Two to four year’s related experience.
Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
